Registry / Methodology
How this registry works
A plain-language explainer of what we do, how information gets verified, and what each timeline event type means.
The process
Submission
Anyone — investors, residents, contractors, members of the public — can submit an update, observation, or supporting document through the Submit Update form. No login is required.
Verification
Registry administrators review each submission, cross-check facts against publicly available records, and follow up where more information is needed.
Publication
Verified information is added to the relevant project timeline as a dated, categorised event. Unverified or duplicate submissions are archived internally, never published.
Public record
The public timeline always reflects the latest verified status. Nothing appears on this site without first passing admin review.
Timeline event types
A binding agreement has been executed — land acquisition, sale contract, construction contract, or similar.
A physical, on-the-ground development milestone — earthworks, subdivision registration, service connection, completion of a stage.
A scheduled meeting with investors, council, contractors, or other stakeholders. Meeting minutes may be attached where available.
A statement or bulletin issued to investors — financial disclosure, schedule revision, or status update.
Other verified interactions and observations — site visits, correspondence, informal briefings.
Independence statement
“This is an independent investor-information site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developer(s) named. Information is compiled and verified by site administrators for transparency purposes.”
